We accept:

Master Card, VISA and Discover, plus personal checks and money orders. We recommend calling or faxing credit card information. The customer must accept the risk of transmitting credit card information via the internet.


Include with your order:

All size, color and item number information, as well as a shipping address and phone number. If you're paying by credit card, include the number, the expiration date, and the name as it appears on the card.

Delivery Time:

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Stock items such as shirts and trousers can usually be handled more quickly, sometimes within a week, and if you're really in a hurry and paying by credit card, we will overnight ship. Special sizes will take longer; we'll give you an estimate at the time of your order. If you have a deadline, be sure to mention it.

For Halloween and Christmas, please order as early as possible.


Return policy:

All items are guaranteed as to workmanship and materials (assuming you haven't supplied the fabric). We do ask that you exercise sensible precautions - for instance, wearing a thin muslin shirt directly under your chain mail or plate armor will drastically shorten the life of the shirt. But if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within six months of the purchase date. Please include a copy of the invoice or sales ticket with the returned item and state whether you'd like a repair, an exchange or a refund.

Items that have been specially sized for you can be returned for adjustment at no charge if the dimensions don't match the measurements you provided.
